Order Processing & Shipping Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. In some cases, depending on product availability or warehouse location, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Destinations
SKM Pro Bike Shop ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship internationally to select countries. International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Shipping to P.O. Boxs and APO/FPOs
Some oversized items may not be eligible for shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery estimates provided at checkout are generated directly by third-party carriers such as USPS and UPS in real time. While these estimates are generally accurate, they are not guaranteed.
SKM Pro Bike Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your shipment is delayed, we will assist in tracking and communication with the carrier; however, shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Signature Requirements for High-Value Orders
Orders over a certain value may require signature confirmation upon delivery. This helps protect against lost or stolen packages.
Shipping Accuracy & Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SKM Pro Bike Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to re-ship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While SKM Pro Bike Shop is not liable for lost or stolen packages once handed off to the carrier, we are committed to helping you resolve the issue. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier and contacting us so we can assist with documentation and communication.
Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to orders shipped within the continental United States.
- Promotions are valid only during the specified time period
- Promotions cannot be applied retroactively
- Only eligible items will qualify (clearly marked on product pages)
- SKM Pro Bike Shop reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
International Orders – Customs, Duties & Taxes
Delivery times for international orders vary widely and may take 2 to 6 weeks depending on destination and customs processing. For international shipments, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs authorities.
- If a package is destroyed, no refund will be issued
- If a package is returned, a refund will be issued minus all original and return shipping costs, plus a 25% restocking fee.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred, including return shipping and any carrier fees.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.
