The part of a pedal that decides whether it survives the season is the part you never see. Insight builds the Platform Pro around a CNC-machined 9/16" cr-mo spindle designed to take the biggest jumps and the hardest cases without bending, so a bad landing costs you a scuffed shin instead of a ruined pedal.

Spin comes from a pairing of an inboard LSL bushing and an outboard sealed industrial bearing. They feel buttery straight out of the box, and because Insight holds tight bushing fitting tolerances, they stay that way rather than developing play after a few wet weekends. The full-size 113 x 105 mm 6061 alloy platform gives adult and Pro-class riders a wide, stable base to drive against out of the gate, at a sensible 205 g per pedal.
