Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. In some cases, depending on product availability or warehouse location, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates provided at checkout are sometimes generated directly by third-party carriers such as USPS and UPS in real time. While these estimates are generally accurate, they are not guaranteed.

SKM Pro Bike Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your shipment is delayed, we will assist in tracking and communication with the carrier; however, shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.


Shipping Accuracy & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SKM Pro Bike Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to re-ship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, SKM Pro Bike Shop is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local delivery office. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution or replacement.


Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

  • Promotions are valid only during the specified time period
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively
  • Only eligible items will qualify (clearly marked on product pages)
  • SKM Pro Bike Shop reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

International Orders – Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments to Colombia: Import taxes are already included in the shipping price when the "Standard" shipping option is selected. If DHL or FedEx is selected, then all duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For all other international shipments: all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs authorities.

  • If a package is destroyed, no refund will be issued
  • If a package is returned, a refund will be issued minus all original and return shipping costs

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred, including return shipping and any carrier fees.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.
