A light, honest alloy race rim for Mini and Expert class 451 wheels, in the brakeless profile for disc brake bikes. Twenty-eight holes keeps the spoke count down where the rider does not weigh much, which is exactly where you want to save weight on a small bike.
It is double walled 6061 T6 aluminum with the internal geometry hollowed out where the strength is not needed, so it lands at 264 g without giving up stiffness. Angled nipple holes let each spoke enter the rim at a straighter angle, which builds a more rigid wheel that stays true through a season of gate starts. The black anodized finish is single-process polished, so it looks right on a race bike and does not chip like paint.
