The wide 20 inch alloy rim for Pro Lite and Pro class racing, in the brakeless profile for disc brake bikes. At 28 mm external and 21.9 mm internal it is a lot more rim than a Mini or Expert hoop, which is the point: bigger riders, bigger tires, bigger loads out of the gate.
The wider bed lets a 1.50 or 1.75 inch tire sit with a rounder, better supported profile, so the tire keeps its shape in a turn instead of folding under you, and you can drop a few psi for grip without inviting a pinch flat. It is double walled 6061 T6 with optimized internal geometry at 312 g, hi-polished black anodized, and tubeless ready through the Bead Lock System.
