Reach adjust is properly dialled, so you can set the blade where your hand naturally sits rather than stretching for it when a section gets technical. Redesigned Servo Wave does two jobs at once here: it optimises the power curve, and it manages pad-to-rotor friction right through the lever pull, so braking arrives balanced instead of all at once. Shimano's new low-viscosity mineral oil holds that power consistent across a much wider temperature range. Pair it with the M8220 Enduro caliper for stopping power in rough terrain, or the M8200 XC caliper for a lighter build.
