The short free stroke is what you notice first: the pads reach the disc quickly, so the brake engages sooner in the lever pull and feels immediate rather than vague. The two-finger lever is ergonomically shaped and has an additional contact point that stiffens it, which translates into better feel at the fingertip. It is rider tunable, I-Spec EV compatible so a shifter can mount directly to it, and One Way Bleeding keeps servicing simple. Supplied as a J-Kit with a 1700 mm SM-BH59-SS hose and resin pads. Around 307 g without rotor or adapter.
