The strongest of the 451 alloy builds: 36 holes, with a machined brake track for V-brakes. This is the standard rear rim for a rider who wants the wheel to last, and the one to order if the bike still runs rim brakes.
The brake track is machined flat rather than left as extruded, which gives consistent, predictable stopping from the first squeeze. Underneath, the double walled 6061 T6 construction with optimized internal geometry keeps it to 286 g despite the full spoke count, and angled nipple holes let each spoke meet the rim at a straighter angle so the wheel holds its tension through a season of gates.
